Where do you ship from?
We ship from Bergen, Norway.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer shipping worldwide.
Prices is calculated at check out.
Please note that depending on your delivery region, your choice of carrier may change.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Homebody inc. is a small business with limited capacity, so we ship out orders every Friday. The delivery time for your order will then vary between 3-10 business days, depending on the shipping provider used and where in the world you are located.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for all orders over 1650 NOK. If you do not exceed this amount, shipping costs and options will be displayed at checkout.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order has not arrived, please check the tracking number in the confirmation email that was sent to you. If you still cannot find your order, please send us an email at contact@homebodyincshop.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
What are your return policies?
Items must be returned within 14 business days from when you receive the package. To qualify for a return, returned items must be unused and intact in their original packaging. Items that are used, damaged, dirty, or altered in any way may be rejected and returned to the customer.
To make a return, you must contact us at contact@homebodyincshop.com. We will send you shipping instructions in a separate email.
Once we have received the returned item at our warehouse, we will conduct a thorough quality check to ensure its condition. As soon as the item has arrived and passed the quality check, we will process your exchange immediately. This ensures that you receive the desired item promptly, allowing you to enjoy your new purchase as soon as possible. Please note that you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your exchange order has been shipped.
If you have ordered a product to receive a free item and you wish to return the purchased product within the 14-day period, you must also return the free item that came with the order.
Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and the cost of return is 150 NOK.
Do you refund shipping costs?
No, we do not refund shipping costs. The shipping cost charged at checkout covers the carrier's shipping and handling. Therefore, these costs cannot be refunded.
Customs
We do not take responsibility for any customs and import fees that may occur in connection with the shipment.
